Key Responsibilities :

Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Inspire students to develop a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking

Differentiate teaching to support a wide range of student abilities

Track student progress and contribute to raising attainment across the department

Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and share best practice

Ideal Candidate :

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

Excellent subject knowledge and a flair for creative, inclusive teaching

Strong classroom management skills

Commitment to professional development and school improvement
