Horticulture Tutor / Trainer Trainee or Qualified

Job Title :  Horticulture Tutor / Trainer (trainee or qualified) Location :  South Wales, with bi-monthly travel to Cambridgeshire (hotel, mileage and food covered)  Type :  4 days per week, Permanent (Monday – Thursday) Salary :   £25,000 (take home pay) Essential Criteria :

• Ideally hold a Level 3 Teaching Qualification OR an Assessors Award – if you do not hold either, you must be able to demonstrate extensive experience of internal training within your role and be willing to work towards a Teaching / Training qualifications provided by our client.
• Must hold a minimum of NVQ level 2 (or equiv / higher) in Horticulture.
• Experience of delivering training in a workshop / group-based setting - or providing on-the-job training within the workplace.
• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
