Were on the lookout for a talented Sous Chef to join the opening of our first London pub in Shepherds Bush . As part of a renowned pub group with 5 successful locations across The Cotswolds .

We are expanding and need someone who shares our commitment to exceptional service, top-quality food, and a great atmosphere.

We focus on a straightforward, well sourced, wine, beer & spirit selection, Good, classic, nose to tail, British pub style food, plenty of game & offal and very little mucking around.. Not a micro herb in sight and definitely no tweezers.

We have built an excellent reputation in The Cotswolds, with a passion for freshly prepared , often locally sourced food. We change dishes on the menu each month with weekly specials every weekend.
