Working hours : This may be either Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 or Tuesday – Friday 10.00-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-16.00
Responsibilities :
- Follow up prospective customers / enquirers (via telephone, LINE, email, etc.)
- Participate in education events with partner universities.
- Follow online enquiries and convert these to customers.
- Advise potential students on their study options in the UK and share your experience of studying in the UK.
- Maintain customer files and keep contact with student customers.
- Help with the application process through to the acceptance process and their preparations to study in the UK.
- Assist with our marketing campaigns.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Counselling Manager, UK and General Manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience :
No work permit and visa provided.Masters level degree from the UK. (Fresh graduates are also welcome)Good oral, written and communication skills in both Thai and English (essential).Excellent communication and teamwork skills (essential).Enthusiastic, open-minded with a strong commitment to customer service (essential).Ability to work on weekends during peak season (essential).Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time (essential).Experience working within the higher education industry (advantage).Benefits :
