Welcome to my listing. I am Heidi Kempenaers, an ICF-MCC fully qualified coach.

For nearly 20 years, I held senior leadership positions primarily in leading HR consultancies. In these roles, I managed leadership development programmes for hundreds of leaders, accumulating over 10,000 hours of experience. This experience enabled me to launch my own global talent development agency in 2010.

I have over 7,000 executive coaching hours, working one-on-one with high-potential executives from Fortune 500 companies and successful entrepreneurs.
