The Role of a Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you will develop strong customer relationships across multiple stores, offering hire solutions with top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. Join a forward-thinking culture and be part of our exciting journey.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 am to 5 pm, and alternating Saturdays, 8 am to 1 pm.

Requirements to Succeed

  • Committed to delivering exceptional communication and customer service, eager to assist.
  • Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • Proactive, positive, and solution-driven outlook.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license (you will operate a van).

Responsibilities

  • Cover multiple locations, driving regional strategy to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and customer loyalty.
  • Manage the HSS dedicated area within our partner Builder’s Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling / cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Support sales initiatives and strategies to meet branch KPIs, fostering innovation and forward-thinking approaches.
