Eligibility criteria :

A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant work experience.

A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant work experience.

4+ years of relevant experience.

Details are available on the RICS website. We’re also interested in applicants who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
