Senior Care Team Member

We are looking for caring, sensitive, and compassionate individuals to join our senior care team. Your role will support the delivery of high-quality services to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

We provide person-centered care, starting with a care plan for each resident. Your duties will include overseeing clinical interventions, supervising medical administration, and administering medication and clinical procedures. Full details are available in the job information pack.

Requirements :

• Experience caring for others in a care setting is essential.
• You must be a registered nurse (RGN / RMN) with an active nurse pin and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
