Sales Representative (North of England & North Midlands – Heating & Plumbing Industry)

Location : Field-based (North of England & North of the Midlands – Excludes Scotland )

Job Type : Full-time | Temp to Perm

Salary : From £32,000 per year + commission + performance bonus

BritTherm Limited is expanding and we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with strong B2B field sales experience in the heating and plumbing industry (or a closely related field). This is a sales-focused, field-based role covering the North of England and North of the Midlands .

You will play a key role in growing our presence in the region - through frequent customer visits , Breakfast Mornings and Trade Days - while actively developing new business and strengthening relationships with merchants, profit centres and trade counters.

We are building a high-performing sales team and are looking for someone commercially minded, self-motivated and ready to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of merchants and trade customers across the region
• Conduct regular in-person customer visits to promote the BritTherm range and generate sales
• Organise and attend Breakfast Mornings and Trade Days at merchant branches
• Present products with commercial and technical clarity
• Negotiate pricing, close sales and ensure excellent post-sale support
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly activity reports
• Monitor market conditions and feedback customer insights and competitor activity
