    Job Description

    • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
    • Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction.
    • Advise on procurement strategy and assist in establishing a client's requirements.
    • Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.
    • Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.
    • Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
    • Ensure that post-construction as-built drawings and specifications are prepared.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction.
    • The Successful Applicant

      A successful Quantity Surveyor should have :

    • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Working knowledge of construction contracts and tendering processes.
    • A strong understanding of construction project management.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
    • A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
