The Team

Are you an experienced marketer with exceptional project management skills and a passion for delivering outstanding visual creative work? As the Visual Marketing Project Manager for Hitachi's Global Marketing & Sales team, you will enhance our visual storytelling capabilities, maintain existing tools, and explore new ways to showcase Hitachi’s innovation and digital solutions.

Our mission is to support Hitachi’s growth in green, digital, and innovation sectors by combining digital and physical products and solutions. We aim to simplify complex solutions through compelling visual storytelling, including sector landscapes and visualizations, engaging specialists to deliver high-quality visuals.

This one-year project offers a unique career development opportunity, providing exposure across the Hitachi group and the chance to work on high-profile materials that demonstrate our capabilities.

The Role

• Create project briefs, execution plans, and budgets for visual storytelling initiatives.
• Select, brief, and manage third-party creative partners.
• Define and engage internal stakeholders and establish a contributor working group (RACI).
• Collaborate with Global Marketing, Sales, and ABM teams to align projects with strategic priorities.
• Manage tool development, approval processes, and content coordination.
• Develop a rollout plan for high-profile exposure to internal and external audiences.
• Implement a process for regular updates and relevance of tools and materials.
• Establish success metrics to evaluate impact.
