Due to recent successes, my client is expanding the department and seeking a Medical / clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their growing team.

Negligence Solicitor Position Overview :

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked team of expert solicitors. The successful candidate will handle a varied and challenging caseload, working on inquests, psychiatric and fatal cases. A passion for access to justice and a strong background in medical / clinical negligence litigation are essential.

Key Responsibilities of the Negligence Solicitor :

• Manage a caseload of medical negligence claims, including inquests, psychiatric injury, fatal cases.
• Conduct legal research, case preparation, and client advocacy.
• Work closely with medical experts and counsel to develop case strategy.
• Support and represent clients at inquests and hearings.
• Provide clear, compassionate, and expert legal advice to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the Clinical Negligence department.
