Job description

We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in managing client interactions processing orders and supporting the external sales force. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your commercial skills in a dynamic and innovative role is based in our main HQ in Telford .

Your impact

  • Managing inbound customer inquiries and providing prompt accurate sales support
  • Qualifying and forwarding sales leads to the external sales team to drive new business
  • Building strong lasting relationships with installers contractors and distribution partners
  • Accurately preparing quotes processing orders and managing CRM record
  • Supporting sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Who you are

  • Previous experience in sales customer service or account management (HVAC or construction sector preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product information
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce SAP or similar)
  • Detail-oriented organised and proactive with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce / SAP) and MS Office
  • Knowledge of HVAC products / systems or strong willingness to learn
