Location : North West England (preferably), with travel to Cumberland offices as required

Start Date : Late June 2025 (TBC)

Duration : Approx. 3-month construction period

Commitment : 15 hours per week, with flexibility to increase as needed

Contract Type : Outside IR35

Our client is seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager to oversee the replacement of a Bridge, located in West Cumbria. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key infrastructure project in a stunning part of the UK.

Key Details :

• NEC Project Manager (ideally NEC accredited, though strong relevant experience will be considered)
• Workload estimated at approximately 15 hours per week with scope to increase this
• The role offers flexibility and is not full-time, but some presence at the client's Cumberland offices will be required on occasions
• Candidates do not need to be based in Cumberland, but being North West-based is preferable for site and office visits
• Bridge / Highways experience is essential
