In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, customising, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), alongside working with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, etc.).
- This is a hands-on technical role, but you'll also play a key part in requirement gathering, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and configure solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CEBuild and customise applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, etc.)Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsIntegrate systems using APIs and other modern integration approachesWork within Azure and DevOps environments to manage deployments and version controlRequired Skills & Experience :
Extensive, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CEStrong expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform and DataverseGood understanding of APIs and system integrationsFamiliarity with Azure and DevOps processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
