Job description Job Title : Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead Location : Greater Manchester Salary : £65,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance The Client I am working with a well-established regional fit out contractor specialising in high-end commercial interiors. They deliver workplace, hospitality, healthcare and education fit-out and refurbishment projects throughout the UK. Known for their collaborative approach, they foster long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. The Role They are seeking to appoint an experienced and well-rounded Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead to oversee a number of fit-out project in Manchester, due to commence in July 2025 and run through to January 2026. Valued at circa £4m, this project will be your immediate focus, followed by an opportunity to influence the commercial infrastructure of the business and take a leadership role in the development of internal systems and strategy. This role offers a clear pathway to Commercial Manager and Commercial Director level. Key Responsibilities
