An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established Community Occupational Therapy service in Renfrewshire (based in the Aranthrue Centre) where Occupational Therapy is an integrated part of the multi-disciplinary team. This role will involve providing high quality Occupational Therapy services to children with various developmental and neurodevelopment needs. The post will involve carrying out Occupational Therapy assessments, individual and group interventions to support participation in everyday activities.

Whilst experience of working in paediatrics is desirable, it is essential, as we recognise that a desire to work in this area will be key to your success in this post.

You are required to be HCPC registered. This is an opportunity to develop Occupational Therapy skills in the filed of Paediatrics. We are looking for someone who is organised, motivated and is looking to be part of a developing service. You must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills when working with children, young people and their families. You will be provided with an induction that includes both Occupational Therapy specific and multi-disciplinary input and will be given access to regular CPD opportunities. We are committed to providing regular supervision, as well as developing reflective practice and evidence based interventions.
