Job description

Countrywide Mortgage Services is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Truro. The role offers an OTE of £60k.

We are looking for an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

The ideal candidate should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities :

Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support

Attracting new customers and business, achieving professional goals in a results-driven environment

Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process and advising on suitable products and services

Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and foster relationships

Skills and Experience Required :

Full CeMAP or equivalent industry qualification

Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting

Outstanding customer care and service skills

Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
