Now Hiring : Engineer – Air & Fuel System Components

Location : Peterborough, onsite | Function : Component Engineering

Employment Type : Contract

We have an exciting opportunity to lead the design and development of air and fuel system components across both new and current engine platforms. You’ll work as part of a small, friendly team, in close collaboration with global engineers, suppliers, and production facilities — delivering robust, high-quality solutions from concept through to production.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver air / fuel system / component development projects to time, cost, and quality goals
• Lead design reviews and support cross-functional business cases
• Drive supplier collaboration through specification development and APQP
• Use FMEA to assess risk; define validation through DVP&R
• Investigate and resolve technical issues using 8D methodology
• Interpret customer needs with Product Management and translate into robust designs
• Collaborate globally to implement engineering solutions at worldwide sites
• Reflect on lessons learned to drive continuous improvement using Lean tools
