Your Mission at Elis

Were looking for a motivated results-driven Regional Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role youll be central to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities fuelling our continued growth.

Key responsibilities include :

Conducting market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends

Developing and executing strategic business development plans

Sourcing and pursuing new leads via networking cold calling and industry events

Leading negotiations and closing high-value deals

Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations

Keeping up to date with market conditions industry news and competitor activity

Analysing sales data and customer feedback to drive improvements

Providing regular updates and reporting to the senior leadership team

What will make you stand out

  • Proven experience in new business development or a sales-focused role

A strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking capabilities

Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills

Confidence in building and managing client relationships

A self-starter with a proactive target-driven attitude

Analytical ability to spot opportunities and assess potential risks

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
