Job Description
About the Role : As our EU Employee Law Advisor, you'll :
- Provide expert guidance on employment legislation and workplace practices across the European Union
- Support HR teams and clients with compliance, contract reviews, and policy development
- Monitor and interpret regulatory updates from key jurisdictions
- Contribute to internal training and resource development
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a flexible, hybrid working environment
- Holds a relevant legal qualification or has strong experience in European employment law
- Has excellent communication and advisory skills
- Can navigate complex regulations with clarity and confidence
- Works well independently and as part of a diverse team
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail
