About Us : Brasserie Marceline is a 150 cover modern Brasserie nestled in the heart of Canary wharf looking to France with its feet firmly in London. Independently owned by proven restauranteurs with a passion for food and hospitality.

We opened late last Summer upon the K2 floating pavilion in Canary Wharf we are seeking an experienced Bartender that wants to be a big part of the team in a unique restaurant.

Role Overview : The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while ensuring an elevated level of service and guest satisfaction. This role involves crafting cocktails, maintaining the bar area clean and tidy at all times, and providing a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is skilled, personable, and passionate about cocktails.

• Assist in preparing the bar for service, cleaning, and arranging tables.
• Serve guests in a timely and professional manner
• Follow and organise the opening and closing procedures daily
• Be a great team player
• Have lofty standards of health and hygiene
