Head Waiter / waitress

We’re on the lookout for a talented, enthusiastic, and service-focused Head Waiter / Waitress to take the lead on the restaurant floor and help deliver outstanding guest experiences.

What You’ll Do :

Lead and support the front-of-house team during service

Ensure smooth, high-quality day-to-day operations

Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently

Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to maintain seamless service

Train, guide, and inspire junior team members

What You Bring :

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong leadership and customer service skills

A confident, hands-on approach with attention to detail

Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy setting

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
