Maintenance Engineer

We are currently recruiting fora Maintenance Engineer to joinour team. This role will work as part of a small hands on and professional maintenance team positioned within one of Londons most exclusive luxury establishments, located close to Green Park tube station.

The responsibilities & requirements of the role of Maintenance Engineer are :

• To ensure equipment within the premises are functioning fully without faults or issues
• Carry out daily checks on all plant and equipment, identifying any faults and repairing or taking necessary action.
• Supervising and overseeing of all Sub-contractors that enter the premises who are carrying out planned or necessary work
• Demonstrate excellent multi trade maintenance skills
• Extremely strong communication skills with proficient written and verbal English
