Job descriptionWe are seeking a meticulous Contract Administrator to join our clients team based in Cirencester. A pivotal role within the company for someone who wants to experience a variety of administrative duties within a friendly and supportive company. The individual plays a vital support role to a number of managers within the office, helping them to administer their contracts as well as being the first point of contact for the company. Roles and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);Recording all in-coming jobs / contracts on the Works Order spreadsheetCreating job folders for all new jobs (paper and online)Loading all jobs onto Construction ManagerManaging labour diaries with Contracts Managers, allocating works to operativesUpdating the Labour Tracker spreadsheetBooking works with residents and clientsCreating, updating and sharing work programmes with clientsIssuing work packages to site operativesPreparing site foldersArranging sign offsCollating and printing letters to tenantsRaising Asbestos Transfer Notes and updating Asbestos logAnswering and directing incoming callsAssisting Accounts department with inputting data and price checkingFiling of copy invoicesAssisting the Office Manager in tasks as requested, including vehicle check sheets and sub-contractor insurancesGenerally office duties as required SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFocused on doing an excellent job with great customer serviceAbility to operate to tight deadlinesGood IT skillsExperience of using MS OfficeExperience with contract documentation, and schedule managementExcellent organisation and time management skillsAn exceptional level of attention to detail Job Type : Full-time Pay : £27,000, office based in Cirencester – 5days, 9-5 – working from home to be considered after passing probation Benefits :Company pensionFree parkingOn-site parking
