Building Manager - Commercial Property
Location : Central Manchester
Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm
Salary : £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract : Full-time, permanent

About the Role
As Building Manager, you'll take the reins of a prominent city-centre building, ensuring its smooth operation and delivering exceptional service to occupiers and stakeholders. From contractor coordination to sustainability initiatives, this is a chance to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, community-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of hard and soft services, ensuring high-quality standards throughout
- Deliver a first-class occupier experience through active engagement and reliable service
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement the building's operational strategy
- Manage service charge budgets and reporting, maintaining full financial control
- Ensure statutory and internal compliance, meeting RICS, ISO and ESG standards
- Lead a small on-site team, fostering a culture of service, sustainability and inclusivity

Strong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrable experience in contract and contractor managementBudget setting, monitoring and reconciliation experienceProven track record in customer and client relationship managementTechnically proficient with Microsoft Office 365IOSH qualificationDesirable
