About the Role :

Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs

Working one-to-one or in small groups under the direction of class teachers and senior staff

Providing consistent behaviour support and modelling emotional regulation strategies

Helping to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment

Ideal Candidate :

Experience working in school settings is essential

Experience with challenging behaviour , mental health , or special educational needs is highly desirable
