As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer experience! No two shifts are the same; you may welcome customers at reception, host parties, or serve food and drinks. Your professional, energetic, and enthusiastic approach will ensure our customers have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Our training covers all key areas, enabling you to support and add value throughout the customer journey, including potential work in the kitchen.
Opening Hours and Shift Patterns :
Our centres are open seven days a week, from 9 am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we seek availability.
Typical shifts include :
Shift times vary by centre; details will be confirmed at interview. Under 18s may work until midnight but no later.
We provide thorough induction, ongoing training, and career development, including apprenticeships and management training.
