You will be working for an organisation which is based in Farnborough. The organisation has a greatpany culture and offers a wide range of benefits for the right candidate. They are looking to bring in an Estates Engineer to work on their site on a permanent basis.

Your new role

In this role you will be required to have experience working in an Estates Engineering role previously and befortable doing some of the following duties :

• PPM for buildings, infrastructure and facilities.
• Carrying out reactive maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
• Inspecting, repairing, or installing furniture, fixtures, and fittings (hang doors, install locks, lay carpet tiles, and erect studwork)
• Internal small-scale building works
• General handy-man jobs
• Painting and decorating
• Escort contractors around the site as and when required.
• Carry out work whilst ensuring that theyply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• This position is on a shift work basis, including being on-call on weekends and bank holidays. Occasionally, late shifts will be required, which will be covered with overtime.
