• Clear and supported progression opportunities Role Overview : As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for general building maintenance and repairs across a wide variety of commercial and specialist sites. Your day-to-day work will include :
• Basic plumbing, joinery, carpentry, and painting
• Minor electrical maintenance (non-qualified tasks)
• Patch plastering, tiling, and flooring repairs
• Door, lock, and ironmongery adjustments or replacements
• General building upkeep and reactive maintenance
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
• Keeping accurate records of work completed As a Fabric Engineer you’ll work across sites including :
• Commercial offices
• Distribution centres
• Hotels and hospitality venues
• Rail infrastructure
• Schools and educational buildings
• Care homes and medical facilities
• Veterinary practices
• Casinos and entertainment venues What We’re Looking For :
• Proven background in fabric maintenance or general building repairs
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
