A well-regarded construction company specialising in large-scale residential and student accommodation schemes is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager . With projects ranging up to £80 million , this is a key role in managing the design process from pre-construction through to delivery.

About the Role :

As Design Manager, youll be responsible for coordinating the design elements of multiple live and pre-construction projects. Youll ensure that all design information is delivered on time, aligns with project requirements, and supports cost-effective, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the design process from tender through to completion
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure designs are compliant with planning, building regs, and client specifications
