Morson is partnering with a leading business in Glasgow seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join on a 6 month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time, predominantly on-site role with some flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week, subject to business needs. Occasional travel to a second Glasgow site (45 minutes away) is required – mileage will be expensed.

The Role : Reporting to the HR Business Partner (North West) and supported by the central HR team, you'll act as the stand-alone HR lead across two sites. Responsibilities include :

Supporting managers with HR policies, procedures, and employment law

Handling ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability)

Coaching and advising on performance and absence management

Driving people initiatives in line with local and group People Plans

Maintaining Trade Union relationships and supporting pay discussions

Keeping HR systems updated and delivering HR briefings

Supporting policy development and continuous improvement

Contributing to People Plan projects and promoting inclusion

Requirements :

Proven HR Advisor experience

Strong ER case management skills

Trade Union experience

Confident stakeholder management and communication skills

Package : 6-month FTC

Up to £38,000 DOE
