Job descriptionAssist with maintaining and updating the team’s know-how resources, and with other training-related administration. Carry out tasks on behalf of fee earners, freeing them from routine activities that do not require legal qualification. Assist junior associates and trainees with procedures that may be unfamiliar to them. Assist the team with legal research and writing. Assist with administrative matters related to the team’s learning and development programme. Prepare filings for submission to competition authorities. Assist trainees with compiling transaction bibles / similar documents. Assist with planning of events, webinars, and training. Previous Corporate Paralegal experience is preferable. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to work directly with lawyers.
