Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool Cambridge Oakington are proud to hold an Ofsted rating of Outstanding. Westwick Hall Farm is nestled in the Cambridgeshire countryside, surrounded by 4 acres of idyllic farmland. We are happy to consider assisting with transport costs from Cambridge City Centre. For drivers, we offer free onsite parking. Our location is only a 2-minute walk from a bus stop on the guided bus route from Cambridge to Hinchingbrooke.

Due to an increase in occupancy, we are recruiting a passionate Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and welcoming team. We are committed to developing our team, offering access to our excellent in-house training academy.

We offer flexible working arrangements to suit you, including full-time, part-time, or a 4-day working week!

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will receive a salary of up to £28,000 per annum , plus entitlement to :

What to expect as a Nursery Practitioner

  • As a keyworker, you will ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND / ASL needs.
  • Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
  • Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
  • Most importantly…have FUN!
  • To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse
