Client Operations Associate - London
Our client in London is seeking a Client Operations Associate to join their busy firm based in Central London. The role involves providing first-class administration to the client services team and supporting the delivery of high-quality, independent advice to clients. This position offers hybrid working arrangements.
Responsibilities :
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, including drafting paperwork, completing all necessary forms, setting up client accounts, and liaising with counterparties to ensure accounts are correctly established.
- Manage the transfer or closure of client accounts as required or requested.
- Arrange withdrawals and client income, whether ad-hoc or regular, following an agreed approach.
- Monitor receipt of new funds, inform the investment team, and arrange ISA subscriptions.
- Organise online access for clients and resolve any administrative issues related to this.
- Handle ad-hoc client instructions and general client servicing on non-investment matters.
- Review and update client files as needed, including during annual review processes.
- Assist with client reporting requirements.
- Maintain a schedule of work-in-progress for the team and liaise with advisers to provide notifications and address action points.
