Job description5+ years of experience in the Trading & Shipping industry is mandatory. Experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS companies. Proven experience managing AI / ML-based products, understanding model workflows, data pipelines, and tradeoffs between performance and explainability. Extensive customer-facing experience , including discovery sessions, field interviews, and roadmap presentations with enterprise clients. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical insights into compelling narratives. Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving real-world problems. Willingness to travel frequently (~30-50%) across Europe and globally as needed.

Outbound Product Manager – Trading & Shipping, London
Windward is seeking a customer-obsessed Outbound Product Manager for our Trading & Shipping (T&S) vertical. You will serve as the voice of the customer, reporting to Windward's Trading and Shipping Director of Product. Your role involves meeting clients in the field, gathering strategic insights, and ensuring our product strategy remains relevant and resonant.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct discovery meetings, customer visits, and workshops with T&S clients worldwide.
- Identify unmet customer needs and market trends; synthesize these insights into actionable product inputs and validate current product-market fit for T&S solutions.
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to capture feedback effectively. Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to identify recurring patterns, translating these into new features or adjustments aligned with strategic priorities.
- Work with sales and marketing to align go-to-market efforts with the product vision.
- Represent Windward at industry events, forums, and customer meetings.
