Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Renfrewshirebased within the Child Protection team.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding children who are at significant risk of harm by assessing and managing risks. You will take professional responsibility for decision-making and provide an effective Social Work service, including assessment, case planning, and reviews. The requirements for this position include a Social Work Degree and registration with the SSSC. You should have knowledge and experience of statutory frameworks, policies, procedures, and best practices. Additionally, you must possess a high level of determination, organizational skills, personal drive, energy, and ambition to achieve challenging targets and improve outcomes. Demonstrating sound assessment and case management skills, as well as the ability to work in a busy environment and meet tight deadlines, is essential.

Qualifications and Experiences :

To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
