Role Description
This is a remote role for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and onboarding of new clients. Daily tasks include analyzing customer needs, developing strategies to improve customer experience. This is a multi-faceted role to ensure continuous product improvement - feeding back customer requirements and industry developments to product teams and products development roadmap.
