Job Title : Team Leader / Children's Residential Support Worker Location : Stoke-on-Trent Salary : £29,000 – £33,000 (dependent on experience) Shifts : 2 on, 4 off (Full-time, Permanent) Children’s residential home in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting for experienced Team Leaders and Children’s Residential Support Workers (CRSW). We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for supporting young people and a solid background in residential childcare. Key Requirements :
- Experience in a UK children’s residential setting is essential
- Driving licence required – you will not be asked to use your own vehicle for transporting young people, as a company vehicle is provided
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is preferred; those working towards it will be considered
- Clear understanding of safeguarding, challenging behaviour, and trauma-informed practice
- Able to work 2 on / 4 off shift pattern consistently What’s on Offer :
