Quantity Surveyor

Location : Based in Tameside, covering Robertson FM Project sites across the UK

Working hours : 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Benefits : Company car or car allowance, Private Medical cover, 33 days annual leave, and more.

Contract : 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

Your new role

What you'll do :

• Project administration from inception to completion
• Preparation / Review of tender docs including prelims & JCT Contracts
• Preparation of consultancy agreements
• Management of measurement, valuations, variations, applications for payment & final accounts
• Responsibility for sub-contractor procurement & orders
• Preparation of correspondence to client’s representatives & sub-contractors
• Preparation of monthly cost value reconciliations
• To attend site & pre-contract meetings
• To provide administrative, clerical & technical support as required
• Liaise with the customer, clients and design team.

What you’ll need :

The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS with child barred list c heck before starting in the job.
