This Glasgow-based team is scaling fast and need someone sharp, driven, and ready to get stuck in. What you’ll be doing : Your goal? Book quality meetings. You'll be the first voice potential clients hear, so confidence, clarity, and resilience are key.
- Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting
- Qualifying inbound leads and warming up cold ones
- Booking meetings for the senior sales team
- Using CRM tools to track every step (if it ain’t tracked, it ain’t fact)
- Collaborating closely with marketing to refine outreach
- Learning fast and pitching better with each call What we’re looking for : You don’t need years of experience, but you do need the right mindset.
- Strong communicator who listens well and speaks with purpose
- Resilient and comfortable hearing “no”
- Curious, coachable, and ready to learn
- Organised and on it with follow-ups
- Ideally, some experience in a sales or customer-facing role What you’ll get :
