Content & Growth Strategist – Reels, Shorts & Social Algorithms Expert

Who We’re Looking For :

We’re on the hunt for a content-first, algorithm-smart, growth-driven creative strategist who understands how to make people stop, watch, and engage. You must know how to craft the first 3 seconds that hook viewers and how to repackage a single piece of content across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms with tailored formats.

Your Mission :

Create viral, emotion-driven content that drives views, saves, shares, and subscriptions across social platforms—especially Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conceptualize content aligned with brand goals, trending formats, and platform-specific algorithms.
  • Break down one piece of content into multiple high-performing variations across different platforms.
  • Craft curiosity-driven hooks for Reels & Shorts (the first 3 seconds are your playground).
  • Write captions that spark emotion and save-worthy reactions.
  • Creative Direction :

Capture moments, stories, BTS, project transformations, and client experiences with emotion and narrative power.

  • Direct and organize shoots with a clear vision for virality.
  • Video Editing & Optimization :

    • Edit videos for maximum impact (sound, transitions, text overlays, etc.).

  • Use trending audio, text placement, pacing, and visuals to increase watch time.
  • Platform Growth Tactics :

    • Leverage insights from YouTube, Instagram, Meta tools, and trends to plan content drops and growth strategies.

  • Study analytics, test and refine content based on performance.

    • What You Should Bring :

  • Proven experience growing pages via Reels, Shorts, or TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and content psychology.
  • Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.).
  • Storytelling instincts with emotional and visual intelligence.
  • Hunger to grow, test, and innovate every single day.
  • Bonus : Background in interiors, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
