What You Can Expect

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets for the assigned territory (Central London) and representing the company professionally. You will work to meet regional sales goals and grow profitability by adhering to company pricing policies.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Sell exclusively the company's range of products as directed by management strategies.
  • Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and allied personnel.
  • Provide or arrange training in the use of Zimmer products, without assisting in surgical procedures.
  • Follow up on leads or visits promptly.
  • Adhere to sales strategies under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
  • Gain knowledge of Zimmer and competitive products.
  • Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training.
  • Follow divisional pricing policy.
  • Care for samples and instrumentation assigned.
  • Assist with stock checks of instrumentation and stocks.
  • Report weekly / monthly activities and performance to the Sales Manager.
  • Keep hospital record cards updated.
  • Provide forecasts and market research data.
  • Allocate expenses and resources for hospital coverage within the territory.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience in selling medical devices.
  • Understanding of medical language and anatomy.
  • Knowledge of the product portfolio.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Minimum college education or equivalent, preferably with a business degree.
  • Knowledge of hospitals and personnel in the territory.
  • Your Background

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with business acumen.
  • Strong presentation, customer relationship, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory and region.
  • Valid driving license required.
