Real Estate Solicitor

Exec Recruitment Solutions is currently working on behalf of an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked team known for our commitment to growth , and collaboration. They are looking for an experienced Real Estate fee Solicitor (5+yrs PQE), to join the Development team.

This position is based in their head-offices near to Aldershot.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic site acquisitions and disposals
• supporting development clients through the full lifecycle development projects, starting at land acquisition through to planning, and plot sales
• Conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements
• Planning and Section 106 agreements
• Infrastructure and utility arrangements
• Plot sales and ongoing site disposals
