Location : Based near Chesterfield, Derbyshire (within 50 miles North or South preferred) – UK-wide travel required

Are you a CompEx-qualified Electrician with experience in hazardous areas? We’re hiring a skilled Installation & Maintenance Electrician to join a growing engineering team delivering bespoke LPG refuelling stations and electrical systems across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Building custom LPG refuelling systems at our Derbyshire-based manufacturing facility
Installing new LPG / LNG plants and conducting electrical inspections nationwide
Performing rectification work, full plant upgrades, and off-site electrical assembly
Working with hazardous area-rated equipment in a hands-on and dynamic environment

What You’ll Need :

NVQ Level 3 or JIB Gold Card (Approved Electrician)

18th Edition (BS7671 : 2018) & C&G 2391, 2391-52, or 2394 & 2395

Experience with hazardous area electrical installations – ideally in gas / petrochemical environments

Excellent fault-finding skills and familiarity with control systems, drawings (P&IDs, schematics), and SWA cable installations

Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Salary : Up to £50,000 + overtime, travel & subsistence

Type : Full-time, permanent

Location : Based in or around Chesterfield – UK-wide travel
