We are excited to be working with a beautiful, recently refurbished hotel in the heart of Cirencester, featuring a stylish pub, bar, and restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Deputy Manager to join a growing business and be part of its next chapter.

This venue has character, has been recently refreshed, and is ready to welcome guests old and new. As Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, supporting the General Manager, and leading a passionate and friendly team.

We're Looking For Someone With

• Proven experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager in a high-quality pub, hotel, or restaurant environment
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on, guest-focused approach
• A warm, engaging personality with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• A drive to progress into a General Manager role in the future
