Business Development executive
Salary £35-50K base (OTE £100,000 – 250K+)
Location - Fully remote (co-working space provided if required).
A mission-driven start-up transforming the future of long-term private healthcare, are looking for their first sales people to join them. This is an excellent opportunity to sell an innovative product to an un-tapped market. They have had great reception from GPs and have already sold into lots of practices already.
They are building a smart, more efficient way for GP practices to manage care, scheduling and workflows – replacing outdated spreadsheets with a powerful data-rich SaaS platform.
The Role : Business Development Executive
You’ll play a key role in accelerating adoption of the platform by UK GP practices. Your focus : high-volume outbound outreach and managing the entire sales cycle—from first contact through to trial and conversion.
What you’ll do :
- Own and manage a full 360° sales pipeline from lead to subscription.
- Make 50+ outbound contacts / day to build rapport with Practice Managers, Admin Leads, and Clinical Decision Makers.
- Drive free trials, guiding prospects through a proven “Trial with Purpose” journey.
- Support practices to self-serve and onboard quickly—often seeing real impact in under 15 minutes.
- Collaborate closely with the product and ops team to shape sales processes and tools.
- Mentor junior team members as we scale our high-performance sales team.
What they are looking for :
3+ years of B2B telesales or inside sales experience (outbound-focused).Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs.Excellent communicator with strong objection-handling and closing skills.Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient.Comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively.Bonus : Experience or understanding of NHS / healthcare environment (not essential).Why Join?
