We are searching for an experienced Manager - Financial Services Due Diligence.

We seek an ambitious Manager to join our Due Diligence team focused on Financial Services sector deals. Responsibilities include executing financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting new business development.

Our Transaction Services team specializes in advising clients on business acquisitions and investments, typically involving deal values between £20m and £250m.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

Your key responsibilities include :

• Assisting with client acceptance and engagement processes
• Conducting financial analysis and interpreting outputs
• Identifying key deal issues and observations
• Reporting and reviewing team drafts
• Liaising with clients and professional advisors
