Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisor Location : Shrewsbury and Telford, Shropshire Contract Type : Temporary, Term Time Only Hours : 8 : 30am - 3 : 20pm Daily Rate : £80 - £110

We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Shropshire , including Shrewsbury and Telford .

We offer both day-to-day supply (full-time or part-time, depending on your availability) and long-term placements , with some roles having the potential to become permanent.

Role Overview :

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the regular teacher. Your duties will include :

Taking the register and delivering pre-prepared work

Supporting students’ understanding of tasks

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Addressing any immediate issues or queries from students

Who We're Looking For :

While a formal qualification is desirable, we also welcome applications from individuals with experience working with young people in educational, coaching, or youth work settings.
