National Specification Manager - Construction / Facades

60 000 - £70 000 basic

  • Quarterly bonus (£15 000 OTE)
  • Car / allowance

Base : Swadlincote HQ (50 % office / 50 % UK travel)

    • Love winning architect specs and Coaching a small team? Lead national strategy and deliver CPDs while earning around £80 000 OTE - with a fast growing Construction specialist expanding globally.

    • What You'll Do

  • Lead & coach three spec-focused colleagues
  • Win specifications-deliver CPDs, influence architects early, lift quote conversion
  • Own reporting & events-keep CRM sharp, prepare board packs, host factory visits
  • Feed market insight into UK and North American expansion plans

    • You'll Need

  • Strong record selling construction products via the specification / CPD route
  • Experience guiding or managing sales / spec teams with KPI focus
  • Confident presenter who engages architects and senior stakeholders
